Selected large corporate accounts will be given access to our Web-based database to check and/or extract their Active Members List and Utilization Data on their own.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Minimum of 20 employees as principal payors.

2. The Company must be registered at the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission.

3. Any person who is 18 yrs. old up to below 65 years old and regularly employed of a company.

4. Legal dependents of the Company Employee declared by the said employee as dependents (parents up to below 65 years old, children from 3 months up to below 21 yrs. old, unmarried and unemployed) eligible under PhilHealth and accepted as Members under the Corporate Health Care Program.
